The thing customers write about most is not speed and not price. It is that we test the system and tell them what it actually needs.

That first review below is from a customer whose old system took three visits to sort out. The customer came away more positive, not less, because each visit ended with an honest answer, including the one that turned out to be an electrical supply problem rather than an HVAC problem at all. We could have replaced parts three times. Telling someone the fault is not in your own trade is a smaller invoice and a better outcome.

A number of our customers came to us after another company had already taken their money without fixing the problem. That is a low bar and we would rather be judged against a higher one, but it is worth saying plainly that the diagnostic step is where most of the trust in this trade is won or lost.
