AC Maintenance Plans in Pinellas County
A maintenance visit is $94 per system. A maintenance plan makes the visits automatic, adds priority scheduling when something goes wrong, and gives you parts discounts on any work that comes up. Three tiers. Pick the one that matches how much you want handled for you.

Which tier makes sense
Basic
One visit per year. Full inspection and filter replacement. Standard response time if something breaks between visits. This is the right starting point if you want a professional checking your system once a year and nothing more.
Best for: newer systems in the first five years, single-system homes with straightforward layouts.
Standard
Two visits per year, spring and fall. Adds coil cleaning, drain line flush, and full electrical testing. Priority scheduling when you need service, and 10% off parts on any repairs. This is what most Pinellas County homeowners choose.
Best for: systems older than five years, homes near the water, anyone who wants the full service twice a year.
Premium
Everything in Standard, plus same-day priority response, 15% parts discount, no overtime charges for after-hours calls, and transferability to a new homeowner if you sell. This is the plan where you stop thinking about HVAC and let us handle it.
Best for: older systems where reliability matters most, coastal properties, rental or investment properties, anyone selling in the next few years.
Why a plan instead of booking visits yourself
You can book a $94 maintenance visit any time without a plan. Plans exist because most people forget, and the visit that gets skipped is the one that would have caught the drain line before it overflowed or the capacitor before it failed on a Saturday in August.
A plan does three things a standalone visit does not:
- Scheduling is automatic. We contact you when it’s time. You don’t have to remember, and the visit happens before the season rather than after the first hot week when the schedule is full.
- Priority response. Standard and Premium members move to the front of the queue when something breaks. In July and August, that matters.
- Parts discounts on repairs. If a visit finds something that needs fixing, the repair itself is cheaper for plan members. The discount applies to every repair for the life of the plan, not just findings from maintenance visits.
What plans do not cover
Plans cover scheduled maintenance visits. They do not cover repairs, parts replacement, or emergency service. Those are quoted separately when they come up. What the plan gives you is the parts discount and priority scheduling on that work, not a blank cheque.
We are explicit about this because some companies sell “maintenance agreements” that sound like they cover everything until you read the fine print. Ours covers maintenance. Repairs are separate, discounted, and quoted before any work begins.
Frequently asked questions about maintenance plans
What's the difference between a $94 maintenance visit and a plan?
A single visit is $94 per system. A plan schedules your visits automatically, adds priority response times, and on Standard and Premium includes parts discounts on any repairs. If you'd rather book once and not think about it again, the plan is how.
Can I start with Basic and upgrade later?
Yes. Upgrading mid-term applies the new tier's benefits for the remainder of the agreement. The difference in cost is prorated.
Do plans cover repairs?
No. Plans cover scheduled maintenance visits. If we find something during a visit that needs repair, the repair is quoted separately. Standard and Premium members get a parts discount on those repairs.
What if I sell my house?
Premium plans are transferable to the new homeowner at the same address. Basic and Standard plans are non-transferable but can be cancelled with 30 days' notice and a prorated refund for unused visits.
I have two systems. Is there a discount?
Yes. Additional systems on the same plan are discounted. Call for the exact amount. It depends on which tier you choose.
Can I cancel?
Thirty days' written notice. You receive a prorated refund for any visits not yet used.
