A maintenance visit is $94
Until now that price only existed inside our booking system, which is a strange place to keep it. So: $94 for a maintenance visit on one system.
- Condenser coil cleaned and condensate drain cleared
- Refrigerant pressures and temperature split checked
- Capacitors, contactors and connections tested under load
- Blower, filter, thermostat and control circuit checked
- On the coast, the outdoor coil inspected for salt corrosion

Are you actually available at 2am?
Yes. We're open 24 hours. Call (727) 477-3256. An AC failure in a Florida August is not something that waits until Monday.
Do you charge to come out and diagnose?
There's a charge for the diagnostic visit. We'll tell you what it is when you book, before anyone is dispatched. What we won't do is quote a repair before we know what's wrong with the system.
My AC is 12 years old and needs a repair. Repair or replace?
It depends on what failed, what it costs, and how the rest of the system looks, not on the age alone. We'll give you both numbers and the reasoning, and plenty of 12-year-old systems are worth repairing.

Yes, on installations. Call and we'll walk you through the options.
