Equipment we service
Rooftop package units
The workhorse of commercial HVAC in Florida. Single-story retail, restaurants, strip malls. Most of them run on rooftop units. We repair, replace, and maintain all major brands.
Commercial split systems
Indoor air handler with an outdoor condenser, same concept as residential but larger capacity and different electrical requirements. Common in offices and medical spaces.
VRF / multi-zone systems
Variable refrigerant flow systems that serve multiple zones from a single outdoor unit. Growing in popularity for multi-tenant and mixed-use buildings. We install and service them.
Make-up air units
Restaurants and commercial kitchens need conditioned replacement air to offset what the exhaust hoods pull out. An undersized or failing make-up air unit makes the whole kitchen uncomfortable and throws off the building’s pressure balance.
How commercial service works
The process is the same as residential, scaled up. We diagnose before quoting. You get numbers before work starts. There are no surprises on the invoice that were not discussed in advance.

Commercial equipment runs harder and longer than residential systems. A restaurant’s rooftop unit may run 14 hours a day, six or seven days a week, in an attic-temperature environment. That pace compresses the maintenance window. Problems that take months to develop on a residential system happen in weeks on a commercial one.
Quarterly maintenance is standard. Each visit covers the essentials: refrigerant charge, electrical connections, coil condition, drain lines, filter condition, and thermostat calibration. We track equipment history so the pattern is visible. A system that needs the same repair twice in a year is telling you something different than one that fails randomly.

Emergency commercial service
We are open 24 hours. A commercial system failure outside business hours is still a failure, and often a more urgent one, because the business opens in the morning whether the AC is fixed or not.
When you call, tell us the type of business and the equipment involved. A restaurant with a walk-in cooler losing temperature is a different priority than an office that is uncomfortable.
