Per system. Includes a full inspection, coil cleaning, drain line flush, refrigerant charge check, electrical testing, and filter check. This is the real visit, not a loss-leader that turns into an upsell once the technician is in your house.

Installation
Financing Available
New AC installations can be financed with affordable monthly payments. Quick credit approval, usually same-day. No prepayment penalty. You’ll know the monthly payment before any work is scheduled.
Covers equipment, labour, permits, and any duct modifications the installation requires.

1-Year Parts & Labour Warranty
Every new system we install includes a 1-year parts and labour warranty from Williams Air Solutions, on top of the manufacturer’s equipment warranty. If something goes wrong with the installation in the first year, we fix it at no charge.
Emergency
24/7 Emergency Service
Open 24 hours, 7 days a week, including holidays. If your air conditioning has failed and the house is occupied, we answer the phone. No voicemail routing, no next-business-day callbacks.
If the house is occupied by someone elderly, very young, or medically vulnerable, say so when you call.
Seasonal maintenance timing
In Florida, the air conditioning system runs most of the year. The two best times for a maintenance visit are:
- March or April, before the cooling season starts in earnest. Catches drain line buildup, low refrigerant, and dirty coils before the system is under full load.
- September or October, midway through the season. The system has been running hard for months. A second visit catches what developed during peak usage.
Both visits are $94 per system. Book them together or separately. Same price either way.
What we don’t do
We don’t run “$29 tune-up” specials that exist to get a technician in your house so they can find $800 worth of problems. We don’t discount the diagnostic visit because the diagnostic visit is where you get the honest answer about what your system needs.
The prices on this page are the real prices. They don’t change when the technician arrives, and they don’t require a coupon code or a mention of a website.
