Andrew has continued to carefully diagnose the system, explain what he finds, and do everything he can on the HVAC side. During his latest visit, he determined that the AC system itself is working correctly, but the outdoor unit is not receiving the proper electrical power. He clearly explained that the next step is to have an electrician check the power supply, wiring, breaker, and disconnect. I especially appreciate that Andrew does not guess or replace parts unnecessarily. He takes the time to find the actual problem and explains everything clearly. Honest diagnosis
The most common praise is that we find the actual problem before quoting anything. Multiple reviews describe coming to us after another company charged hundreds of dollars without fixing the issue. The diagnostic step is where trust is won or lost in this trade.
Communication
Customers consistently mention that we explain what we find in plain language. “Explained everything in a way I could understand” appears in roughly a third of reviews. If you don’t understand what failed and why, the repair feels like a guess, and it shouldn’t.
