What financing covers
Financing applies to new air conditioning installations: full system replacements and new construction. That includes the equipment, labour, permits, and any duct modifications the installation requires.
Repairs and maintenance visits are not financed. They are typically small enough that financing adds complexity without saving anything.
How it works in Pinellas County
- Get a quote. We visit the house, measure the space, and size the system. You get a written quote with the total installed price. No hidden fees, no change orders.
- Apply. A short credit application, usually approved the same day. You will know the monthly payment and terms before anything is scheduled.
- Install. Once approved, we schedule the installation. The financing covers the full project. You pay the agreed monthly amount, not a lump sum on installation day.
There is no charge for the application and no obligation if you decide not to proceed.
